Too out of date,
By A Customer
This review is from: Saint's Progress (Collected Works of John Galsworthy) (Library Binding)
It is not without reason that the Forsyte Saga, A Modern Comedy and End of the Chapter are John Galsworthy's most famous books, dealing with the Forsytes. They are good reading and "timeless".This is not true for The Saint's Progress, Beyond, and The Dark Flower, which are downright boring to modern readers. It is hard to believe that they were written by the same author!
