Digital Camcorder for an 8 Year old
My 8 year old son wanted a camcorder. He bought himself this and has been VERY pleased. It does exactly what it is supposed to do. It is not too large so it fits easily in his hand. Was a cheap by with great rewards!

EAsy to use Video camera
I bought this unit for my grandson who had a project in school to produce a short video skit. The first one we received was faulty, but the vendor replaced it with little or no hassle. It works well and is easy to operate

This is a great little product, if it worked as designed. In our case, we have a 7-year old and a 12-year old, who are not rough with their toys. And I know they especially used this camera carefully. But while the camcorder was awesome when it worked (despite the relatively low-resolution picture), it stopped working in less than a day! Yes, we tried changing batteries, etc. My kids were very disappointed, because they had been enjoying the camera so much. I would think that such a camcorder, which has no moving parts, should last much longer than a day.
