I already reviewed this once and it disappeared. Go figure. Anyway, we used this once and the shoulder strap buckles kept failing while checking in, dumping the bag on the ground several times before we realized that they were never going to work. One of the straps ripped off in transit. Now, they need DIY repair. A Saks can bite me.
