This book is the best book I have ever read on the topic of selling. I think I originally read this book in 1996 or 1997 after hearing Hutson speak. I also listened to a series of cassettes on a similar topic by Hutson and they too are outstanding. Most books I have read on the topic of sales have endeavored to teach the reader about manipulation and cohersion. Hutson does it right. His primary objective is to teach the salesman(woman) about himself (herself) and about building trusting relationships with clients. If you are new to sales - get this book!!! If you are an experienced salesman (woman) - buy this book! It is outstanding!
