This book is awesome, I was trying to motivate myself to get off my but and build a Multi-level Marketing business. It showed me not only how to maintain good records to track my progress, but also how to increase my desire to build my business. It showed me how to live my life from the inside out, and let my most valuable employee go to work for me. "MY MIND" I recommend it to anyone wanting to change their life and live their drems. There are three authors that I will read for the rest of my life, Cathering Ponder, Napoleon Hill, and Jose Silva I'm looking for miracles to happen this year and you will to after reading this book.

Then, the program provides several techniques to develop these skills in your subconscience and you will be amazed on how easy things positively change. I read this book 3 or 4 times and just started practicing the techniques outlined in this book. Anyone can do it. I set my alarm 20 minutes earlier every morning and "visualize for 15 minutes" and I tried to also do it at night but I always fall asleep because I am always so tired by the time I go to bed (I have a 3 year old who is up late because he naps in the middle of the day so I dont get to bed until 10pm.) But I will try to stay up during my night sessions.

This book will motivate you ,and I if you dont give up, and discipline yourself to use the silva techniques outlined in the book, you will succeed. Remember everything takes practice (like driving, riding a bike, using a new computer software, yoga, pilates...ect...) so if you keep at it, within a month, you will find that you can go into alpha level easily within a minute so "program" your desires.
