This book is short and to the point. Great information for any type of sales presentation. Also good if you have a presentation or speech to prepare for in the near future.

This is a great book, especially if you are working with people who don't think they "sell"!!!!!! Great examples, clear pictures are painted for the user to implement immediately. I was looking for an image to use in a speech today, as I've loaned out my copy AGAIN and don't have it to show everyone. I was surprised to see new titles. Terry Sjodin gets it.......I would highly recommend any of her books! I've also used "Mentoring".
