I had purchased three of the tests. I tried to administer the first test and was unable to get it to work. I went to their website and viewed a video of how to use the product and determined I was using it correctly (well organized and very informative website!). The same was true with the other two tests. I emailed customer service and received a response the same day indicating that 3 replacement tests would be sent to me post haste.
