I like this game because it is simple as far as the game play instructions, it only uses the computer mouse for all movments, and the order of the various salon procedures that sally preforms.

Sally can also go back to her none expert or ecellent score areas with the various updates to her salon later in the game and earn even more money to upgrade the various stations and customer perks.

My sister was a cake mania fan, and she loves Sally's Salon even more.
She stated to me that she just likes the fact that the customers always
thank Sally for just doing her job, and that is pretty rare in the world today.

Bought this for my 12 yr old sister. She likes it, and I have just as much fun playing it too (I'm 24).

When I want to break away from the madness of my stressful life I always find that these time management games will do the trick. I haven't quite completed all levels but the fun has kind of weaned down into mostly repetition with few surprises or opportunities to change the format or the conditions

Still if you are a fan of these types of games you will enjoy this one

This is such a fun game! You cut/wash/dry your way to the top. I finished the game in only a few days. My 10 year old has lots of fun playing the game also.

i love this game.. but i didnt expect to get a cd with viruses on it that could have crashed my computer.. buyers beware of buying this game from this vendor...

First of all, I have to tell you that I am shocked at how much I am enjoying playing this silly game! It's all about the world of a salon-owner (and I was one for 20 years!) and all the skill you need to manage your time and deal with customers. If you earn enough money, you can upgrade your salon and move on to newer upscale locations.

It's hard to believe that you can get so caught up in all the action -- just becoming desperate to get all those customers done before their patience runs out and they walk out the door. Of course, if you give them coffee, it extends their patience and you have a better shot at collecting more money from them, and eventually moving on to a new level.

These little cartoon customers also seem to be fond of magazines and the scent of special candles that makes them wait more patiently.

If you'd like to take a break from your usual activities and have a blast, I most definitely recommend Sally's Salon! It's fine for both kids and adults looking for a funny game with no violence -- definitely G-Rated.

Now, if only I could snag some of those magic candles...

My five year old daughter loves this. Her teacher's at school seem so amazed when she tries to tell them about their hair styles and eye brow shapes. She's been playing with it for about 1 month now. At first, she always wanted to take care of the customers in the order that they walked in, but now she has totally recognized the concept of breaking hearts (to indicate low patience). The best part is she doesn't want me to help her. She determines on her own which salon upgrades to buy. She loves it when a bride walks in to the salon to get ready for her wedding. My almost three year old son is always standing next to her when she is playing and comes to us to complain if the customers are leaving because his sister is not taking care of them fast enough. The other day, she woke up in the middle of the night and told me that she wanted to dye her hair "Salmon Pink". I think its a great game and my daughter is learning a lot about making choices. she loves it and I love the fact that she loves it.
