Amy Lee's voice is perfect for the song and she gives it justice, considering it's a remake. While I love Catherine O'Hara's voice on the original, Amy's voice and the simplicity of the music really give the song the emotional and dark feel that it deserves.

This is a great song, and this is the only way to get it, without buying a whole CD. I really wish Amy Lee would have put this on her new Album, but she didn't. This song was significant enough for her to appear on I believe the Tonight Show with Jay Leno to perform. It's a great song, and this is the best version of it. Amy's voice is perfect, and she also plays the Piano and Harp on this track. It's a great vehicle to showcase her talent.

What's there to say? It freakin' Amy Lee and Nightmare Before Christmas. Clearly the gods of music and movie soundtracks conspired to make this whole album with the neeed to enslave the masses and enrapture them in pure mindless awesome. That is all.
