I purchased these shoes for my husband. This is his third pair of Salomon Exit Aeroes. He uses them for training and backpacking. The Salomon Exit Aero is lightweight but sturdy. They stand up to several days backpacking in the Bob Marshall Wilderness. He has not developed sores or blisters while wearing these shoes. This is the best fitting shoe he's worn.

I purchased a pair of these when they were on sale with free shipping. I normally wear between a size 9.5 and 10 depending on the style of the shoe and how its made. I took a gamble and ordered a size 10 after reading some reviews where folks said that they ran a half size small. The size 10 for me is just a tad bit too big. Big enough to wear i cant conpensate for it by using a thicker sock or insert. Unfortunately I had to return them. My luck is that they don;t have a size 9.5

The shoe is really nice. I just wish they had a 9.5. Good luck everyone.
