Amazing shoe. These are the first pair of shoes I have bought online and I am NOT disapointed. I have narrow feet with a high arch and they fit fantastic. Lacing system is super comfortable and secure. These shoes feel like socks and grip like suction cups!! Work fantastic from sand to rocky terrain. Light weight for a trail runner and provide good support with pleanty of cushon. Tried on a bunch of different shoes before buying these online. I have done alot of running and trail running. I have tried alot of different shoes to find the kind of fit I'm looking for. These blow away any Adidas, Asics, or Brooks trail runners. The fit is amazing. If you are going to be doing any amount of trail running, buy these. I am going to buy a second pair to wear as everyday shoes. I don't think I'll ever go back.

I would not recommend these for long runs on pavement or asphalt. Buy the street Asics or Nike 360 for that. I have the 360's and these are more comfortable to wear around town every day.

Grip + Traction = Gription. The tread on these things is amazing. Good solid fit too.
