The most incredible salsa book around!!,

Salsa Cooking is full of information on types of peppers, how and when to use them and how to prepare them. Lambert's attention to detail and color photos makes this book my absolute favorite. Note to publisher: PLEASE PRINT MORE!! This book makes a great gift but I can't find it anywhere!!! Help!!

Great book! Has your classics like Guacamole as well as many others, including dessert Salsas. Has quite a few recipes for entrees, appetisers as well as soups (try the Grilled Seafood Soup) and desserts. Good recipe instruction and descriptios and lots of nice photos.
If you can get a used copy for cheap, it's well worth it! |
