Very cool moves! I finally see how to add the body wave that all the hip dancers use to look so good. This DVD slows down the moves enough that I can actually see how it all fits together. Most DVDs assume you are already a great dancer.

This one breaks them down slowly AND performs them in context with a partner so you have a chance to learn the moves and see how they work in the real world. I love the cross body lead patterns, which make a simple move look great.

Advanced dancers can fast forward through the detailed breakdowns and grab some excellent moves immediately. Intermediate dancers can use the details and upgrade their dancing in a hurry. Some moves you'll use tonight, some will take lots of practice. A great mix of simple and very advanced moves.

Al obviously had fun creating this DVD, showing off some of his best moves, while making them accessible to less experienced dancers. His trademark sense of humor it makes this easy to watch over and over as you master the materials.

I suspect I'll be practicing moves from this DVD for a long, long time.
