Product Description

Salsa Maker, Food Chopper, Mixer and Blender - Miracle Chopper Food Processor - Add incredible chopping power to your kitchen with this amazing tool. The Salsa Express Miracle Chopper can make salsa, chop onions, prepare salads, dice tomatoes, separate eggs and so much more. It is a manual food processor, so it doesn't need electricity, but it will offer similar speed and results when compared to those expensive alternatives. With just a slight turn of the handle, you will be able to chop, mix or beat faster than ever, and the effortless operation will result in food that is cut 20 times faster than you could with a knife. A two part blade spins around with each rotation, so for every turn, you will be chopping several times, and in multiple locations. Each blade is also double sided, so you can cut in both directions for maximum power. Either way you turn it will result in chopping, so give it a couple twists one way, and then spin it back in the other direction for a quick and even cut. It can help you make homemade salsa for your next party, chop onions without crying, or even meatloaf for dinner.

I had the original salsa maker with the two curved blades. I absolutely loved it. It, too, was made of plastic so it eventually died, but I thought 5 years was pretty good for plastic. So, I ordered another. First, the product shipped was not as pictured (although it looks like they have replaced the picture now). The new product has 3 straight blades, not curved (the straight blades do not slice through as easily as the curved blades). As a result, there is more resistence. Coupled with less quality plastic, the thing broke on the first use. I have tried to contact the seller 3 times to return the product, but I have received no response. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

This is the first time I have been disappointed with anything I have ordered through Amazon. Oh well, I guess it was bound to happen at some point. I'll continue to order from Amazon, but definitely not from this seller. Also, my experience, most things advertised with the "as seen on TV" phrase is typically cheap in price and cheaply made. Good concept, but poor end result.

I bought one of these at the State Fair, thinking I was probably getting ripped off, but I was desperate to find a decent onion chopper (as I have serious problems with tearing up when slicing them). To my amazement, I got the thing home and tried it out, and it chopped not only an onion, but tomatoes, eggs, cheese, etc, in perfect little cubes within seconds. There are several other attachments (juicer, grater, potato slicer, batter mixer) but I haven't tried them; I only care about it's chopping capabilities. The chopper itself rinses clean with hot water, so there's no need to tediously clean all the separate parts. Well worth the money spent!

I love this product. The handle broke on it shortly after purchase. But it chopps in seconds so that doesn't bother me at all. I am very happy with it. I would highly recommend it and plan to purchase another one.

I had one of these for a long time- used it constantly..imagine my dismay when I finally had to tape it together - I had just worn it out! I was so very happy to find another, and ordered it immediately. Mine is perfect..the version with the two blades! Love it!

I have a chopper like this that I have been using for over 10 years and it is getting worn out. I need a new one, and use mine often.

I make sure the lid gets cleaned right away before anything can dry on it and cause it to be hard to operate. I put water in the lid where it has drain holes and spin it around some. Kind of like cleaning the beaters on your mixer. That may be why mine has lasted over 10 years.

Works great for so many things, (like hash brown potatoes, finely chopped nuts, cabbage for coleslaw, celery, onions, pickle relish when all you have are pickles, and so much more). The faster you turn the crank, the smaller the veggies.

I don't use the handle when I use it, I just put my other hand on the top of the lid to keep it steady. I sometimes think the handle is more for pouring things out than keeping it steady.

Great for small kitchens with little counter space. Keep one in your camper as well as one in your home. Ideal for me living off the grid when you must conserve power. Also safer for a husband to use instead of letting him use a knife to help in the kitchen. lol...jk

I bought one of these at the Iowa State Fair years ago and I wanted to get one for my son. I use it mostly for making cole slaw and salsa. You can't beat this little gadget for making the best salsa ever! Just don't hold onto the handle when you use it! My neighbor did and it broke. (It tells you in the manual not to.) Follow the directions and you'll have yourself the easiest and fastest way to make fresh salsa all year through! Replaceable blades are easy to get too! Hope my son can now make my famous cole slaw!

I have owned one of these choppers for yrs. We purchased it at a trade show in Fort Worth, TX. My son loves it and so do I....It is excellent for so many recipes...NO electric, easy clean up. My son will be giving this to a good friend. They both enjoy good recipes and cook for their families. It makes meal time fun for all.

I just bought one from Amazon as it had a 4 1/2 star rating. I was so disappointed. Put the tomatoes in the bowl and locked it down. Unlock is the same way you turn the handle, so on the first turn the top was loose. The blades are very sharp, but it just pushed the tomatoes around in the bowl. It may work on other foods, but I bought it to make salsa and was VERY disappointed. Stick with your food processor, even if it is a big mess!
