Do not buy,
By GM (Mississauga, Ontario Canada) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Salsa for the World [VHS] (VHS Tape)
I originally ordered this video from their website back in November 1999. I still have not received the video and today is February 15, 2000. I tried calling the company directly, but they are very unprofessional and definitely not courteous.I had to take measures against them by informing the Better Business Bureau and calling Mastercard to reverse the charges. The Deja Newsgroups also have online reviews and many people have stated that they have had similar problems with the company and the ones who did receive the video stated the quality of teaching is poor and not worth buying.

buy Josie Neglia's tapes instead,
By A Customer
This review is from: Salsa for the World [VHS] (VHS Tape)
Theses guys are pure scams. They used to respond to my calls about ordering, but as soon as I started complaining they ignored all my calls. I also used the BBB to follow up my complaint. Please see the BBB snippet below. My friend has Josie Neglia's tape and they are high class! Buy those instead!<--snip--> Bureau File Experience We rate this company as having an unsatisfactory business performance record. The company has a pattern of complaints alleging non delivery of video tapes. The company responded to a few complaints by sending the ordered videos. All other complaints remain unanswered. The Federal Trade Commission's Mail Order Rule allows the seller 30 days to ship ordered products to the buyer unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase. If the seller cannot ship within the 30-day period, they are required to notify the buyer in writing of the delay, and give the option of waiting or having their money returned within seven days. Credit card payments must be credited within one billing cycle. The Better Business Bureau does not endorse, recommend or disapprove of any product, service or company. <--snip--> source: (type in 'Salsa For The World' for company name)

Better than Most,
By J Cruz (New Jersey) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Salsa for the World [VHS] (VHS Tape)
...The picture is somewhat grainy. I was able to pick up the first couple of moves easily, but had trouble following the more complicated steps. I found myself rewinding the video many, many times! Although this video wasn't exactly wonderful, I have yet to find another "current" video that was dedicated just to Salsa. This video was helpful, but could have been better.
