The Lebron Brothers definitely hit it big with this album, which features excellent musicianship and compositions. My personal favorites are "Tu Llegaste A Mi Vida", "Regresa A Mi", and "Salsa Y Control". The first two are excellent boleros that express some of the more powerful emotions of love. "Salsa Y Control" is the classic groove that embodies the swing and good feelings of salsa music. Despite the lack of recognition that the Lebron Brothers received because of being in the shadow of the more popular Willie Colon, Hector Lavoe, and others, they are nonetheless a group of excellent performers and I highly recommend this album to those seeking some of the lesser known artists under the Fania label.

In my house this is know as the "painting record" because we would always play it when we painted the house. Great grooves and ballads. This is a must have for a salsa fan!!

i first heard this album back when it was released in 1970 when i was 12 years my mother used to play it a lot when she was doing cleaning around the house my favorites are of course salsa y control and tu llegaste a mi vida this is the album that put the lebron brothers on top of the latin music charts and made them the kings of salsa who continue to record and tour to this day.
