These jars looks exactly as they are advertised however, the lids were difficult to put on and I'm not sure if they fit well. Besides that, I love these, definitely will look great in my blue themed kitchen.

They don't tell you the dimensions here - these are BIG salt and pepper shakers. They are about 4 and 1/2 inches tall and 2 and 1/4 inches wide - seriously big, heavy shakers. A very pretty, dark blue colour. Mine look just like the photo. Except that mine would be towering over that rose, because they're BIG.

I've read some other reviews in here about the "pale" or light blue color of the glass. But this set caught my eye. I wrote to the seller and inquired if they were as dar as their photo. And the reply was yes, just like the photo.

Let me tell you, these are VERY dark blue. I'm so happy that I took the chance to buy these for the extra dollar-or-2 over the others.

I know my wife is going to flip when she sees them (not for a couple more weeks!). SSSSHHHHHH

Only reason for 4 stars is the lids--they seem like they're not a great fit. I'll probably be making a seal out of RTV to make sure they don't coat the counter.

Highly recommended for kitchen or counrty-style decor. I thought they were going to be taller after reading some of the other reviews! I think they're the perfect size for their style.

I shopped a year ago for a cobalt blue set of shakers. I'm sure I wasted more gas and time finding everything but.... Glad they have them here!
