East meets West in this delightfully spicy latte. Traditional Chai has been enjoyed for centuries in exotic lands. Savor our own exclusive blend of Herbal Chai created with rooibos (Red Tea). All the flavor of traditional Chai, with no caffeine. Our mix contains only the barest hint of milk powder (add milk for a richer taste) and is not sweetened -- add sugar or honey to taste! To make a single cup of chai, steep 1 heaping tsp of mix in ¾ cup of hot water for 3-5 minutes, then top off with whole or skim milk, strain and add honey or sugar. To make 4 cups of chai: boil 3 cups of water with 4 heaping teaspoons of the Chai mix for 3-5 minutes, add 1 cup of milk and bring to a boil. Strain and sweeten (we recommend 3 tsp of honey for 4 cups).
