Salt Water pump system problem We have a salt water system for grandson's pool 15x42 and the pump from the pool stopped working. Intex sent another to replace but took close to 2 weeks to receive....Now we have algae and am wanting to know the best way to handle with this system now that both pumps are working right. Will it correct itself or what can we do to expedite the solution?

Just run the system on boost or for more hrs per day. Get the chlorine up to 3PPM for a few days and the water will be perfect. Don't waste your time with other additives.
