I have used this product since having Sinus surgery in 2004. It really helps to keep the sinus cavity clear following surgery, when everything is so swollen. I have used the Saltaire since, on a daily basis, to keep everything flushed out and healthy. I recommend to anyone with sinus issues, especially those who have had surgery. I have not had any sinus infections for nearly two years.
