I was so excited to get this 14 cup coffee maker for such a good price, but the carafe was broken when I received it. I've been all over the internet trying to find a replacement. Good luck! Unfortunately, I've misplaced the instruction paper which would have that info. But nowhere on the box is there a phone number, website, or any other clue. I'm so disappointed because I bet this would be a great coffee maker, if only I could get a replacement carafe.
