I have this warming tray sitting by my stove top, I couldn't live without it. It simplifies coordinating cooking times for multiple food items. When food is cooked to perfection, just take off stove top and hold on warming tray. Use to keep take out pizza warm, hot deli foods, great to warm plates. Stays warm for an hour. I put a large Wiltonware platter on it and use for dinner parties, too. I take to potlucks to keep food warm.
