WARNING: Contains "Yeast Extract" and "Kola Seed"!!,
I picked up some Floradix epresat multivitamin because my spouse was taking the iron supplement made by this company. I read on the back of the label the following ingredients:
Milk Thistle Kola seed (same action as caffeine) Ocean Kelp Wheat germ fruit juice concentrates honey sodium alginate YEAST EXTRACT natural flavors Heading over to their website gave little information about why they feel it is important to make the second ingredient a stimulant and the 9th ingredient basically MSG. If you really care about your health I would look elsewhere for a good multivitamin. One that doesn't use the same tricks that junk food manufacturers use to get you to say "Oh that tastes so good and wow I feel good instantly!" MSG and it's derivatives like yeast extract are excitotoxins and not good at all for you. [..............]
