A great CD with the rarest music by John Williams: "The Wiches of Eastwick". It is the CD to buy immediately. It's not expensive, take advantage !

En esta producción de la afamada orquesta Boston Pops dirigida por el genial John Williams, nos presenta una serie de midleys de afamados temas musicales de grandes películas relacionadas con Hollywood y que estan magistralmente interpretadas por esta excelente orquesta.
El primer tema "Hooray for Hollywood" presenta una orquestación fabulosa del gran maestro John Williams. Luego el arrglista Morton Stevens nos presenta dos midleys: "Pops Salutes the Oscars: When You Wish upon a Star/Swingin' on a Star" y "Tribute to Judy Garland: Over the Rainbow/We're off to See the Wizard" donde oimos un trabajo realmente maravilloso de orquestación. Podemos apreciar ademas dos piezas de la pelicula "Witches of Eastwick" donde destaca la manera de orquestar en su estilo inconfundible al maestro John Wlliams. A disfrutarlo!!! |
