The book is a series of written articles that appeared in the Lincoln Journal Star Newspaper over the span of Coach Tom Osborne's history at the University of Nebraka. It captures the feeling of the Osborne timeline and a somewhat personal outline of the coach. It also discuss the assistant coaches Osborne worked with, his players and his early life as a student and athlete. This is a good research tool for historians with great timeline and HUSKER faithful that want to read a little more in depth about the Hall of Fame Coach and his teams from that era.
