If you like flats, you will love these. These shoes are super cute! I love the texture. I get tons of complements on these shoes. They do run a little narrow; if you have a wide foot, go up a size.

I hesitated between choosing my normal size of 7.5 or going one-half size larger to a size 8; My normal size barely fit, but probably would stretch over time.
However, the snake skin seems fragile and thus the shoes gave me the impression that I would kill them before they stretched to fit.
If they had fit a little less tightly, I may have felt inclined to give them a higher rating.
The out sole is very flexible and the purple rainbow leans toward Magenta or Fuschia colored,(which I happened to be wearing when these arrived)- although the little bow and elastic are indeed purple.

I was so excited to receive these shoes but unfortunately the fit was too narrow (in front part of the shoe). Even though I have slender feet, I always wear a size 7.5 in flats (sometimes can pull off a size 7) but since these babies are way too narrow I've decided to reconsider going for a size up.

I think that even with a size 8 it still would've fit a bit tight near the front just worst the shoes might not be able to stay on my feet since it would most likely have a longer fit. So I'm returning them sadly but they are very cute, great concept but the fit is way off! I literally cannot stand in them for 20 min without feeling pain in both of my feet, in the front and back (esp. on my achilles).

Unless you have REALLY thin feet width wise and really short toes then I guess these would be wearable...

The shoes are really nice and comfortable. I bought the Black Class Belly. I'm usually a 5 1/2 or 6 but I had another pair of shoes from Sam E and they weren't true to size, they were kind of small so for these shoes I chose a 6 1/2. They run a little large this time, but not too much but they are comfortable.
I gave it 4 stars because of the size issue, otherwise they look great. I love them :-)

These are cute shoes, I bought the Grey ones to start with and paid too much for them on Piperlime, full price that is, but I love them and still wear them today. They do run narrow and these shoes had to be broken in. Which is why they got 4 stars instead of 5. I then purchased a 2nd pair of the snakeskin ones that were multi-colored with shades of purple and pink. These were softer and didn't require as much breaking in, but they seem much more fragile. So I don't wear them as much for fear I will wear them out. I would like to add that I don't do a ton of walking in these - they are not made to walk around in for hours, as after a couple of hours of walking straight YES they do hurt your feet. I will likely purchase a 3rd pair in a different color when the time is right from AMAZON, since they seemed to be the most reasonably priced. By the time they go on sale at Piperlime there are just a couple of sizes left, and mine is generally is not one of them. Amazon also carry's a good assortment of colors and styles from Sam Edelman. I now own 5 pairs of his shoes and I love them all - and I plan to buy more.
