Good classic samba!, November 25, 2007

This cd includes songs by some of the old school samba heavyweights such as Martinho da villa, Beth Carvalho, Paulinho da Viola, etc. This is a great starting point for people interested in samba music. The nice thing about it is that it is not too old school. Most of this music was probably originally recorded in the 1980s. Also with so many top artist on this cd, it gives the listener a wide range of styles...
