About the Author
Dr. Olaf Borkner-Delcarlo started working with Linux three months after the first version was released in 1992, and created an early Linux network for two universities in Munich, Germany. He first got to know Samba with version 1.16 and has used Samba at his company, itaLISA Ltd., since 1996. He is currently the director general of the SuSE Linux Italian branch.
