I purchased these after hearing Acai can help with mood. I have been trying to come off 6 years of perscription SSRI inhibitors. This seems to be doing the trick after several unsuccessful tries. I haven't noticed any weight loss or appetite changem but I do have more energy. I take one in the morning and one at lunch time, as 1000mg at once was a little much for my body.

I've used this product for over a week now, and mostly I take 2 capsules a day. Overall, I've been experiencing more energy, but without the crash that happens with energy drinks. I haven't had any weight loss, and I don't think it suppresses the appetite that much, but it's a great supplement to take to feel more energized throughout the day.

I take the powder form at home in the AM and these I keep at work. Great product that gives me tons of energy and focus. Made a believer out of me. If you don't buy this product make sure you research the company because there are a lot of gimmicks out there on the net. Be Careful.
