i really love this set although in PAL format ,good thing i have a all region dvd player, alot of great technigues and not time wasted on other junk .now i can learn some sambo moves and holds since there is no school in Delaware. If you like Sambo this is for you

I have a lot of Oleg stuff and he repeats a lot, but give the devil his due: This man can take any horrible posistion and reverse it into a winning hold for a sport event or street fight. His instructions are simple and easy to follow. Well worth every dime.
