Somewhat Disappointed, February 8, 2009

When researching this product and reading the opinions of other customers, the product was heralded for children of all ages. As a matter of fact, the number of older children with whom this product was successful caught my eye. The set-up and theme of the story is extremely preschool, a baby elephant who has difficulty carrying pails of water. As a parent of an older child with enuresis, this is inappropriate.

I'm still skeptical ... but the proof is in the sheets so far!, December 18, 2011

My nine year daughter has been struggling with nighttime bedwetting ever since she got sick with the flu nearly two years ago. We worked with her pediatrician since then to resolve the matter ... but to no avail. We finally accepted that she will outgrow this and we came to know it as a part of life.
But as time passed, it got worse. She found it excessively embarrassing and deflating -- and the most horrifying part was that a girl in her class learned of her problem and shared it with her classmates. She wanted to switch schools and move to a different state. My heart broke along side hers.
Because I ordered a hypnosis CD set to prepare myself for childbirth, it suddenly occurred to me that hypnosis might be useful to my daughter for her struggles. And so I ordered this CD.
Here we are, on DAY 8 -- and not one accident since we began. I am truly in awe. I suppose my expectations were not very high. And remarkably, it has other pleasant effects too. Generally, she falls asleep peacefully within the first 2 minutes of the CD and wakes very happy and alert.
I can't think of any other reasons or changes to which I can attribute this modification of my daughter's sleeping habits and her bedwetting of the past. This is the only new introduction. While the story is not one that ranks on my list of the top 10 bedtime tales, it has certainly made a huge difference in the life of a very precious and deserving child. And for that, I am deeply and eternally grateful. I just pray that it continues to be effective!
