The colors are bright and vivid and the text is clear and easily accessible to young children. Concepts introduced include sunrise-sunset,shabbat preparation and family togetherness. My class loves to hear about Sammy the spider and they like to see how he is not allowed to do things like the family who is celebrating the holiday but in the end Sammy finds a way to celebrate.Great book. I have the whole series. Just love it.
