Brian Nixon is currently manager of publications for America's Community Bankers, a Washington-based trade association serving the nation's community banks, and publisher of America's Community Banker, the association's flagship monthly magazine. He has been actively covering banking industry issues for the past 10 years. In 1997, he edited The Community Banker's Guide to the Internet and Home Banking, a publication exploring online banking from an industry perspective.Mary Dixon is currently the editor of America's Community Banker magazine. Her work has appeared in Self, Glamour, and Good Housekeeping. As editor of America's Community Banker, she has written extensively about online banking and other trends in the financial services industry.

This is a great book for anyone searching for a bank with online services. This book is also ideal for any bank considering an online presense. The book thoroughly details - from a customer's standpoint - what banks are currently doing well, and not so well. Readers are provided with lots of good tips. It is practical and timely information - I would highly recommend this book.
