In my office we looked at the photos/specs for many cases, then we ordered three different leather notebook cases to look them over carefully. We chose the Samsonite XT780 Leather Notebook Case as being the most sturdy yet also sleek looking. We ordered 8 for the office, and I liked them so much that I got on Amazon and ordered one for myself at home. (It turned out that Amazon's price was even cheaper than our company discount at our own supplier!)

I bought this bag less than 1 year ago and now it needs to be repaired in two points: clip and interior compartment broken. I went to the Authorized Repair Facility and they wnated to charge me $45 since apparently it was produced by a Licensee even if it is impossible to know that when you buy. I wrote an email to the Customer service but their website does not work properly and I could not subimt the form on line. Then I wrote an email to the webmaster mentioning this problem, but no reply...

Not a good product and service at all.

Will never buy again a Samsonite.

I wanted an affordable leather case that was also durable and not too heavy. I also wanted something with a lot of compartments but not too fat. This briefcase is the perfect blend of all of those specifications. My 15" MacBook Pro fits snugly into the laptop compartment, and the front pocket allows for solid organization. The back pocket is roomy to fit some files/papers as well. Love it.

I travel almost every weekend, and have to lug my Toshiba Satellite Pro and Dell DLP Projector with me, along with a change of clothes, toiletries, and other miscellaneous "stuff." Until I found this case, I was making do with a wheeled carry-on suitcase and an over-the-shoulder laptop case.

The Mobile Office holds everything I need and it is much lighter than my suitcase. The telescoping handle is easy to use, and the wheels give this case a smoother ride than my car.

There are four zippered compartments in this case, with lots of pockets and other organizational helps. Here's the lowdown on how I use this case: The projector and cables go in the deep rear compartment, with clothes and misc. in the next compartment. I removed the nylon laptop case and dividers (for files or whatever) and put my laptop in the next zippered compartment. The large laptop (it has a 15" screen) fits easily. The small compartment in the front has several places to hold cell phone, wallet, credit cards and ID, pens, etc.

All this and the case easily stows in the overhead bin on any airplane. (It probably fits under the seat in some, but not most planes.)
