It doesn't change voltages, it is an adapter, not a converter. Better quality than most plugs you own. Most all of your travel appliances are dual voltage now, as are most laptop power supplies and battery chargers.
this is probably all you need- check your hardware before buying a converter.

Very functional and at a good price. This adaptor came in handy on our trip to Ireland. I would definitely recommend it.
