This case was sent to us by Eek Technology and not ANTOnline.
I am not all satisfied with either the purchase or the service I received from Amazon and Eek Technology regarding my order of a wheeled briefcase. I ordered item B0043YJF7S, a Samsonite Business Case 6.5" Double Gusset Wheeled Portfolio Case Heritage. From Amazon.com I got a confirmation of shipment which read that a "Kenneth Cole" 6.5" Double Gusset Wheeled Portfolio/Computer Case "Black" had been shipped. I looked up the Kenneth Cole case and BOTH cases were supposed to have a handled pull-out computer case.
I called Amazon and talked with a representative, who could not find the number of the item I purchased, nor did he seem to care that the wrong item had been shipped. He told me that Eek Technology had sent the item and that I needed to contact them and/or return the item when I received it.
The item I received from Eek Technology is DE7087 Samsonite Wheeled Port Case. I did not get either one, the one I ordered or the one confirmed! I received a third without the removable computer case. The invoice says that I must contact the" sales at eektechnology.com for return instructions and authorization number."
Save yourself a headache of being lied to and cheated and go to a department store and buy one. This is clearly bait and switch: "We send you what we want to."

My husband wanted a new briefcase that he can use for traveling along with a small hanging bag - this is perfect! The quality looks great, and it was room for his business papers as well as a pair of shoes, toiletry kit, and a few extras. He doesn't usually carry a laptop but that would fit too. Great bag.
