My husband needed a briefcase that he would not have to be very careful of. This is perfect, he can strap it on his motorcycle if he wants and it makes the trip with no problem. If he was using it in a formal business setting he might want leather but this is perfect for him.

I am a Very Picky Person when it comes to my Electronics and Office Work. Having Said that... This is what I Think:
This bag is just right and preftct for me.
Perfect Size.. Not too big, not too Small.
Not to Flashy.. Not to casual.... Just Right.
Doesnt make any noise while walking.

Thought it was a black vinyl from the photo, and the description didn't indicate the material, so I was a little surprised when it arrived. However, it's a heavy, woven (think good quality luggage) exterior, and it's very laptop and file-folder friendly. Comfortable shoulder strap. The front closure for the over-flap is a little inconvenient, but it doesn't have to be connected to be able to carry the bag, either by the handle or the strap.
