4.0 out of 5 stars Nicely squishy
This is a comfortable pillow and it is easily packed into a pretty small space if needed. The outer cover comes off easily for washing. This is a good choice.

I need a travel pillow with a firmer filling. My wife thinks it will be nice for her but I think I will have to find something which is simply thicker. The clip is nice as is the removable cover. Its just too flat for me.

The pillow served better under my rear in the uncomfortable plane seat then for my head. I bought it so I wouldn't wake up with a stiff neck, but that's what happened!
As another reviewer said, it needs more cushion. But then it can't be packed as small... course it wasn't that small to pack anyway! I ended up using the clip and attaching it to the outside of my bag.

This travel pillow is entirely too soft. Spend the extra money and get a better one.

The pillow cover is removeable and washable, a nice touch. But the pillow itself was too soft. Perhaps adding some foam filling will make it firmer but it will also make it harder to pack into briefcases or other carry-on luggage. I would prefer an inflatable pillow as a travel pillow, and unfortunately this one isn't inflatable.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great for home use, September 21, 2009

I use an inflatable pillow on planes, but for home use this pillow provides just the right comfort when reclining. When told I had to sleep sitting up after surgery, I bought this neck pillow to offer neck support in a chair. I don't have a recliner but have a big desk chair that leans back. When pulled up close to the daybed in my home office, which provided leg support, it seemed it would work fine if only I had neck support. This soft pillow was just the ticket and I slept in that chair comfortably for a month. While I can understand it might be too soft when sitting up relatively straight, I found it perfect when reclining. I've used it so much since for propping my head when leaning back on the sofa watching TV, I've really appreciated being able to remove the cover for washing. My daughter fell in love with it too so I bought her one as a gift. She uses it as a pillow in bed that elevates her head just a bit so her hairstyle isn't mussed during the night.

I appreciate the fact that this pillow is breathable so it doesn't get hot against my skin, which the inflatable pillows do. Those are great for travel since they can be folded and stashed in a small space, but when that isn't an issue, I far prefer the soft resilience of this type.

3.0 out of 5 stars OK for smaller people, but needs to be stiffer for adults., September 9, 2009

I bought 3 for a family airplane trip. The kids loved them, but I found them to be too soft, not enough support.

I fly quite a bit for work. I used this pillow for a trip to Thailand (15 hour + six hour flights, and I did use it throughout the trip. I like that it has a clip. The size & softness work for me.
