Pros and Cons, September 8, 2009
In many ways this is a fabulous suitcase and overall I am very pleased with the purchase. It is made of a sturdy microfiber, looks great, and most importantly, I LOVED the four wheels that made it easy for me to glide the suitcase along next to me while walking through the airport and hotels. I just returned from a two week European trip and in the airports the suitcase glided like air even though I overpacked and the bag was very heavy. On the down side, when walking down a narrow paved street, you will have to pull the suitcase behind you. This is not a problem except that the bag is designed for primary use on four upright wheels -- Thus, the wheels are not very tough or rugged. I'm the kind of traveller who prefers to walk the mile to the hotel from the train station. After the first day of use, the two wheels upon which I pulled the bag behind me had started to show wear and tear.

not useable on two wheels, November 2, 2009

The wheels are too small for use on just two, one of them always turns and starts dragging. You have to always roll it on four, which sucks on any, but the smoothest streets. It's quite unuseable, I'm getting another one. I've noticed some other spinner samsonite lines have much bigger wheels, I expect those are better.
Another downside of four wheels, is that it rolls around, which is a huge pain in the subway.

Not of merchandise quality, April 10, 2010

Bought this in the US while on holiday. The only good thing about this case is the spinner which is convenient. However, when I'm not using the spinner wheel, one wheel was funny and looked shorter than the rest which made it hard to drag along. After using it for the 2nd time, there was a dent in the plastic where the handle was and the material behind the case below was torn. The stitching has come apart and caused it to rip when in transit.
Thought I'd spend on a good quality trolley so opted for this brand. It clearly shows low quality in this product, and is not of merchandise quality. This is the worst quality and most expensive case that I've purchased. Even my £20 trolley lasted longer.
As it's under warranty, trying to contact them to repair/replace it is an absolutely mission plus will have to spend more on delivering it to the Repair Centre!
