I chose this netbook over other brands for one reason; the non glossy matte screen. It is really difficult to find a non glossy screen on laptops these days. The non glossy finish does make a huge difference in readability. To see how much difference does it make, check out the image that I have uploaded in customer images section. It shows the samsung netbook screen and an ipad screen side by side. The netbook screen is bright and clear, but the ipad screen is barely readable with all the reflection.

I use this netbook primarily for internet surfing. With the chrome browser, this is the perfect internet device. I had to do some initial setup to get some decent performance out of this netbook. First of all I had to get rid of all the crapware this netbook comes loaded with. The crapware does really slow down the netbook, but is a reality with all netbooks. The crapware is what keeps the netbooks cheap :(.

I got the windows 7 home premium upgrade and did a clean install from a usb flash drive. Two birds with one stone. A much more useful version of windows 7 plus a fast netbook free of any crapware. Make sure you do a clean install and not the anytime upgrade option. Anytime upgrade does not get rid of the crapware.

After the clean install you have to install all the necessary drivers from the samsung website. The only drivers you really need are the atheros wireless card driver, intel media accelerator driver and the realtek audio driver. Now this thing flies.

I have had this Samsung netbook for about two weeks now, and have not had any issues or disappointments. I did order an extra 1 gig of RAM with the computer and popped it in as soon as it arrived, so the speed is perfect for me. I can stream shows, surf the web, and whip up Word documents easily, and the netbook is slim and lightweight. The bright Bermuda Blue is cheery and unique. I love this little Samsung!

I've had this netbook for a few weeks and so far loving it. I bought it to supplement my Mac because Quicken for Mac is so bad. And I also travel a lot for work and I wanted a tiny computer to take with me that could still handle power point presentations and email on the road. So far, so good. The only complaint I have at this point is that the touchpad mouse is sometimes erratic. Otherwise, I'm very pleased.

Let me start off by saying that this is my first netbook.
I did some research before I purchased the Samsung N150 Bermuda Blue Netbook. After a month of contemplation, I went with this product instead of the Eee 1005HA- mainly because the samsung was "prettier".

I was worried about the battery performance of the Netbook, but it seems to fill out its 7 hours when you adjust the screen brightness and fiddle around with some settings.

I wasn't really expecting much from this computer, because it is a NETBOOK, not a LAPTOP. But I was amazed at the speed of the computer. It's surprisingly fast.
I was originally a desktop user, so I thought I would be disappointed by the speed of this netbook, but I was proven wrong. It is fast even without the RAM upgrade so unless you're planning to run some heavy programs like Photoshop, I think you'll be okay with just 1 gb of RAM.

But one REALLY bad thing about this product is that it comes with Windows 7 Starter.
Even XP was a whole lot better than this.
You can't change the background of your computer first of all, and you are very limited in personal customizations. So I recommend that you just install the full Windows 7 or XP when the computer arrives.

The blue color of this netbook is really adorable, and very unique. I'm glad I didn't get some drab old color like black or dark blue. :)

overall, a very satisfactory product. I give it four stars :D

It comes loaded with so much junk that it is not usable. (See the positive review where the person had to reformat the hard drive and reload the software. I'm not up to that level of skill.) The battery life is about 2 1/2 hours if you are lucky. I spent as much on software upgrades as the machine cost. As I received it, it was so slow that it was unusable. I took it to a repair company and spent $180 on it to get it working after they said I had a virus and after they deleted a bunch of the junk that came on it. They also told me not to expect much from it since it has very limited memory and a slow chip. By the time you buy an optional drive you have invested as much as a reasonably good small computer with a drive. Don't waste your money. If I could give it less than one star - maybe a -10 I would!

I just got it & tried it out today! Wasn't sure what I was going to think. I had my doubts wondering if I should of went with a notebook but after using it I love it! It's not bad! I will say that I plan on upgrading the windows version. I know that I am going to get A LOT of use out of this netbook. I was surprised when I opened it up that it had more features to it. It was a nice surprise! I think the colors they come in are fun too! This will be perfect to take traveling as well. I am really impressed by these little netbooks! I have to say I was skeptical about them but now I think they are great for what I need them for. It's very light & compact. A great little product!

Get what you pay for. Battery is gone after less than 1/2 year. It is slow as heck too.
