I took this camera to Italy with me this past Thanksgiving. I decided on a modestly priced camera, but was afraid I wouldn't find anything of great quality. This Samsung zoom camera is perfect. It wasn't so high priced, that if it got stolen, I would go bananas. It was priced extremely well considering the features and the quality of the photos I returned home with. I took this camera into St. Peter's Basilica to capture a photo of Michelangelo's "Pieta". The light was dismal and I thought hope was lost. I returned home and my film looked like postcards! They were bright, rich, colorful, and perfectly focused. I couldn't have been more pleased. Others who brought fancy cameras did not have such luck. This camera allowed me to capture once-in-a-lifetime moments. I enjoyed using auto-focus for perfect poses and turning it off for quick snapshots. The zoom feature was undeniably the best part of the camera. It makes taking photos in large crowds so much easier. I own a very expensive camera and I still believe for the price and quality, this camera is better than most higher priced models. Amazon is offering this Samsung at a lower price than I paid, so buy it and enjoy hassle-free fun! By the way, I wasn't offered a free radio with my purchase! What more could you ask for?
