I have had this phone for several months now and haven't had any problems. A couple of my ringtones aren't as loud as I would like them, but I'm not sure that's not a problem with the ringtones themselves. I was disappointed that the games already on the phone are very short trial versions. Easy to use, fun color!

Amazon Verified Purchase
Just got the phone today. The back door battery cover does not snap on no matter how hard I try. The back cover came in a separate plastic bag and is the poorest cheapest quality plastic I've seen on any phone. I would give the phone a zero star if I could. This is the first time I got something from Amazon that is a total disaster.

I ordered this phone because it is very simple to use for somebody like my mom. The Phone was working fine but the back door doesn't fit the Phone. Very cheap. It looks like factory second... Defective...so don't buy it . I was another review about and another buyer had the same problem, so my case was not isolated..

Big disappointment
This was a bad buy, the phone looked used and the battery cover did not fit. I sent it back. Quite a disappointment.

BATTERY DOOR DOESNT CLOSE
THE BATTERY DOOR DOESNT SNAP CLOSE. THERE'S A BIG SPACE LEFT AND WITH A SLIGHT TOUCH THE DOOR COMES OUT. SAVE UR MONEY DONT BUY THIS
