For starters, the description was very vague, which was a problem for me. I'm an At&t customer that broke my phone so this was going to be a replacement for me. My sim card worked fine in the phone. I was able to call, text, and set my ringtones the way I wanted. The only problem is this phone is NOT a U.S phone. My provider couldn't set up the internet for me. So if you don't have a data package and don't use this service, the phone is great. There is a facebook and myspace app but you can't get on those sites. So that's what I found out about this phone.

I bought this phone so I could use it while I was deployed to Afghanistan. It works great for texting and phone calls. The camera takes great pictures too. I can't access the internet, but that's to no fault of the phone, it's not available with the prepaid SIM card I have over here. It arrived a week before the deadline, and in great condition. The battery life is great too. I was in transit for a week before I had a chance to charge it, and it never even came close to dying, and I was using it for texting, short phone calls, and as an alarm clock. I would definitely recommend this phone to someone else.

My daughter loves this phone! The key pad is appropriate size, the number keys are on the side of the phone...which she loves, she hasn't had any major issues with it....it was a little tricky for her to accept pictures at first, but then my husband set up the mms server and automatically downloaded the necessary software. Unfortunately AT&T wasn't aware of this and didn't help at all...they just tried to get us to return the phone...but no dice...it was simple for my husband to update and it works great! She loves it!

The main reason I bought this phone was the QWERTY keyboard & the color. The phone was easy to use & I really liked it, except it was an unlocked version from Australia. I couldn't send/receive multimedia messages on it so I ended up returning it. The keyboard was easy to type on & I liked having the numbers on a separate row on top instead of having to press shift like on other keyboards. It came with some cool ringtones & took decent pictures. Since it's Australian, it used British English so some of the words we spell w/ a "z" were spelled w/ an "s" like "organiser." I didn't like that you couldn't get rid of the MySpace & Facebook shortcuts on the toolbar. Call quality was decent. If I could have sent/received MMS messages I would have kept the phone instead of returning it after 3 weeks.

This phone is perfect for my 14 year old daughter. She loves it and has no problems with it at all. Took us some time to figure out how to program it for multimedia pictures and the web. We figured it out and it has been great.

Try these they worked for me & I have the same phone:

MMS settings:
Menu --> Messages --> Settings --> Multimedia Messages --> MMS Profiles --> Options --> Create --> Profile Name: AT&T MMS, Home URL:[...], check the box next to "proxy", IP Address: 66.209.11.32, Port: 80, Linger Time (sec): 90, leave DNS box unchecked, Bearer: GPRS then go to Advanced Settings --> APN: wap.cingular, Login ID:wap@cingulargprs.com, password: CINGULAR1 (case sensitive). Hit "save" twice, then "options" then "activate." This will activate your MMS so you can send and receive picture messages.

WAP settings:
Menu --> Internet --> Settings --> Browser Profiles --> Options --> Create --> Profile Name: WAP Profile, Home URL: [...], Proxy: check box, IP Address: 66.209.11.32, Port: 8080, Linger time (sec): 90, leave DNS box unchecked, GPRS --> Advanced Settings --> APN: wap.cingular, Login ID:WAP@CINGULARGPRS.COM (case sensitive), Password: CINGULAR1 (also case sensitive). Hit "save" twice then "options" then "activate." This will allow you internet access.

It took me a whole day to get an answer but finally I found someone that gave me this.. It worked for my at&t sim card THANK GOD! Also like to thank Thiago from Zezoo.com he found them for me.....

Fantastic phone! I'm extremely pleased with it. Many people I've talked to said the number pad on the side of the phone would be difficult to get used to, but once you do get used to it, it's great.

It's a pretty nice phone, works very well and the seller even asked me some questions before buying it (I didn't knew if it would work at my country, so i mailed the seller), so, if you want it, go ahead, yo won't be dissapointed.

as soon as i got the phone, it was defective. if i press the wrong button, it would turn off.

I received this phone that was suppossedly new from Ross Cellular shipped by Amazon. The Samsung manufacturer seal was broken and taped over with clear tape. The seal clearly states "Do not accept if seal is broken." This was an unlocked phone with no sim card. I don't see any reason Ross Cellular would have needed to open it. I returned it to Amazon for refund, but it was an annoying waste of my time and delay in obtaining new phone.
