I got this product this morning.
I plugged the Blu-Ray 3d player up (with an HDMI 1.4 cable I thankfully ordered separately, see below). When I plugged in the power, my Sony 810 Receiver Sony STR-DH810 7.1-channel A/V Receiver with 7 HD Inputs [3D Compatible] (I'll review that, too) sensed it, switched over, and there I was in the setup menu. A few clicks, everything was done, including the network settings, put in the 3d movie (Shrek), and away it went, and 3d looks great on my UN55C8000 Sammy 3d LCD TV. Samsung UN55C8000 55-Inch 1080p 240 Hz 3D LED HDTV No ghosting that I could see, just as good as the local cinema, maybe even better (except they have great popcorn). I got the startup kit with 2 pair of 3D glasses on Amazon as well Samsung SSG-P2100S/ZA Shrek 3D Starter Kit, Black I didn't have to do anything else, the TV auto-sensed the type of 3d signal, and it just went to work. Just like it's supposed to. I am very pleased so far, and if time shows me issues, I'll come back and update this review. Now, for the negative in all of this: The "kit" part of this comes with HDMI 1.3 cables. A total waste, you need 1.4 to do 3D. The kit did come with a nice bottle of screen cleaner and a soft cloth, so it wasn't a total waste, but the HDMI cables are the important part, and they're not usable for a 3D install. What were they thinking? There's also a component cable, but I have no use for that, either. It's now official. I will now always wait for the Blu-Ray version, no need to pay more for us to see it than it does for us to own it and enjoy it in the comfort of our own home. So, for the Samsung Blu-Ray 3D, 5 stars, for the kit, 2 stars (generous, since the cleaning stuff is the only thing usable).

The Samsung BD-C6900n player works great and has alot of nice features. The cables that come with it are really cheep. The HDMI cables do not work with 3d tv. The cleaner is the best, I bought other cleaner from Samsung and tryed many others. but the stuff in this kit works great. anyway back to the player.. I have family that have the same player and they have had no problems with it. I , like many of my family, watch about 2 or 3 movies a week. All the players still work great. I will update as soon as I see any Issue's
****I am just updating this review... 3D Blu Ray player still works great. I use it 4 or 5 nights a week. Still no problems.

This was a disaster from the moment I purchased it.
I was sent the wrong tracking number. I can't be 100% but product seemed used (it had scratches on the top of the player) and then, surprise, surprise, the player wouldn't play any discs that I tried, BluRay, DVD, even CD's HC Cost did refund my original purchase price but not the $11 I had to spend to ship it back. Purchased another C6900 direct from Amazon with no scratches and it works perfect. I would not buy from HC Cost ever again.
