I was a little nervous about buyer a reconditioned product but decided to take the plung. It arrived very quickly and had a few minor scratches that weren't very noticable (only reason for four stars). The picture quality was amazing and the sounds quality was great, it is so easy to use that my wife learned how to use it in minutes. I am very pleased with this purchase and would highly recommend it.
