Cable is a lot cheaper than what retail stores sell for. Works great, haven't had any problems. Make sure you download the necessary program to sync Windows Mobile phones with any Windows OS (called ActiveSync).

Product works great. I have been able to upgrade to the latest Windows Mobile OS, customize my Blackjack, have added tons of music and video and sync'd my phone with my PC with no problems. Plus the cable on Amazon was about 1/4 of the price of the retail outlet. And that included shipping.

the cord was advertised to include software but did not come with it i had to get it from the samsung website it is called ActiveSync all one word. other than that it works like it is supposed too.
