I have been ordering this bluetooth for my relatives in Ontario Canada. Actually we have been testing several bluetooths here. Since hands free is new to a lot of people. Ontario will go hands free sometime in October 2009. This bluetooth hooks up quickly and is very clear to hear a person talking. Great little bluetooth and Amazon has the best price for it. Some of the other Bluetooths tested here for quality and price are : Roadmaster VR3, Jabra SP200, Anycom, Movon, one from China BT2000, the Toothpik the Motorola T505 and this Samsung HKT. Our top choices are: Jabra SP200, Movon, Chinese BT2000, Motorola T505 and Samsung HKT. The Movon and one from China have displays. I hope this review helped someone. Thanks and Happy Bluetoothing.

I ordered one and the speaker was broken, got it replaced by the manufacturer and the second one wouldn't charge. Just received the third and it won't pair with my Samsung phone. As they say in New York, fugedaboutit!

This product works and has a great low price. For the price it's a good buy. But it's not optimal. The controls are not easy to use when you're driving and the volume is minimally adequate.

This is a good stuff, I connect it to my Samsung i908 phone works fine. not only a hand free device. it also can be a regular wireless speaker, I recommend it.

I bought this bluetooth speaker last February. I rated it one star because it won't let me rate it zero. Within a month, the visor clip was broken, and within two months the unit quit working entirely.

Samsung customer service is a joke. All you get is an endless loop of automated messages. Numerous calls have been attempted, but I have never reached a person who could help, even using Google to find telephone numbers that supposedly "work."

I have used Samsung phones in the past- and my son has one now- but I will never buy another Samsung product after this experience.

it worke well but the sound crectley when somebody is talkingto you the other thing was you had to do is resat the thing each time you use it frome 1 to 10 i whuld rate this speakerphone 6 or maybe it has something wrong withe one? i am thinking about geeting something else

The hands-free device arrived promtly and was easy to activate. However, the voice command dialing did not work. Samsung technical support tested the device with the Samsung phone we have and confirmed it should work. We had to return the phone and wait for them to ship another. That phone arrived and the power would not stay on. After another call to Samsung, we had to return this phone and wait for them to ship another. That phone arrived and again the voice dialing did not work again. After a month and a half of back and forth, we gave up!

You have to make sure it works with your phone (new phones have updated bluetooth profile). If you are using Samsung cell phone it will be piece of cake to connect. It comes with car charger, USB i.e. charge from computer USB port and home charger + holder. It can also work as audio headset connected with PC (bluetooth enable) so you can transfer sound on this little device (can also connect wire headset) from PC and act as private listener. I mean to say connect your PC to TV and transfer voice to HTK450 and connect wire headset to HTK450, so you have inexpensive remote headset for TV (good if you don't want to bother other family member while watching movie)
