Fantastic duplex color laser at great price.
This printer is fantastic. I was in the market for a duplexing laser printer and had no idea I'd be able to get a color one for this price. It came very well packaged and I was happy that they had not preinstalled all the toners and drums since it kept the weight down. It took about 15 minutes to install. I love the print quality. Be Careful Of Factory Refurbished Items
The printer works as advertised. However it was a factory refurbished item, and it had to be repaired after the first few sheets of paper went through it. Also, its toner cartrages are expensive to replace. In addition, the unit is very heavy, so the cost of shipping it for service was very high.

This printer is fantastic. I was in the market for a duplexing laser printer and had no idea I'd be able to get a color one for this price. It came very well packaged and I was happy that they had not preinstalled all the toners and drums since it kept the weight down. It took about 15 minutes to install. I love the print quality. You have to be a bit patient for the first page to come out but it's worth the wait. Very nice software included. The software installs well and does not appear to be buggy like the HP software. I could not be happier with this laser printer. Nice true color matches too!

love the quality and the cost, pretty easy to set up. took about an hour. lots of features for the price. i am using on a home office network, so connection was a little more tricky, good help on the product support page (www.samsung.com).
i would not hesitate to purchase this again :)
