We have owned this dryer (also it's twin washer) for over a year now.
Although not happy with the washer-- (it also balls bedding and beach towels into a tangled mess) it's the dryer that makes me crazy. In less than 4 minutes (I've timed it) the dryer wraps sheets and blankets and beach towels into a large wad of wet fabric that bangs around in the drum and sounds like a bowling ball gone crazy. It vibrates so severely that it sends things crashing to the laundry room floor. I've tried every suggestion out there, but nothing works. I've resorted to stuffing sheets and blankets into large mesh laundry bags and at least I dont have to detangle and reload the dryer four times to get things dry. The sheets and blankets end up dry, but wrinkled beyond hope. I've never been so disappointed or frustrated with a major appliance purchase.
I would not recommend this dryer to anyone!
