This highly effective, extremely reliable Digimax has a lot to offer. With 4.0 megapixels and a 1.8-inch color LCD, you get incredible options at an affordable price. The easy-to-use Digimax 402 features date imprinting and voice recording. There's also a double self-timer that goes off after 10 seconds and every 2 seconds thereafter.

The A402 lets you choose between three different photo frames and allows you to edit your images right on the camera too. Its size is 3.6 by 2 by 1.1 inches, making it one of our smallest and lightest-weight cameras.

The 16 MB of flash memory and up to 516 MB of external memory let you store plenty of images while Normal, Sepia, and B and W options give you the opportunity to add special effects to your captured images. Seven white balance options allow you to get true color shots no matter what lighting you're in. Your choice of five image sizes ranging from 640 x 480 to 2,272 x 1,704 pixels and three resolution ranges (fine, superfine, and normal) gives you 15 different size/resolution combinations. AVI movie clip and voice recording combined with smaller dimensions make this camera a great companion.

Compact size, large screen
The remarkably compact Digimax A402 boasts a large, 1.8-inch TFT-LCD Monitor. The Digimax A402 features a 4x digital zoom and captures super-crisp images at a maximum size of 2,272 x 1,704 pixels, with its 4.2-megapixel (total pixel), 1/2.5-inch CCD image sensor.

Image edition (rotating, trimming)
The Digimax A402's image editing capabilities enable cropping, trimming, and rotating right on the camera.

AVI movie clips with sound
Digimax A402 users can capture AVI movie clips with sound at resolutions of either 320 x 240 or 640 x 480 and can record up to 1 hour of voice/audio. The length of the movie clips are only limited to the capacity of the SD/MMC memory card used at the time.

For additional levels of customization, shooters can also add up to 10 seconds of voice/audio to any still image.

For a digital camera this little guy makes great pictures. It has great functions and it's so small that it can fit in your pocket without any trouble. I'm very happy that i bought this camera because it makes great pictures with high quality and beautiful colours, the only thing that's a problem with it is that it's not an optical one, but even though, makes amazing pictures. Makes great movie clips too, although they take a lot of space from the card but the quality is pretty good when you turn to 24fps and 640x480. For such a low price this baby is a great buy.

This is a great camera for a great price! I bought it today and it's better than I expected. My pics come out so clear! The camera is really small and the LCD is 1.8 inches! I love this camera!

i have been shopping for a camera for about a month. i looked at all brands and i figured out that Sony, Canon, and Nixon are the best. i went to walmart and was gonna buy the canon powershot for $160(3.2 mp). then i saw this little guy for $118 and it was 4 mp. i checked it out and decided to give it a try. its really good. its small, the battery life is pretty good(get rechargeable), the pics are clear, the movie clips have sound, very light wieght, GREAT price, easy to use, easy to upload photos, and fun to use. i highly suggest it.
